My Beautiful America

Over the years, I've been immersed in this business more and more deeply. Some of my experiences have been good, some not-so-good and some I can honestly call spiritually uplifting. People grow and change, as time immutable, blasts us into the future. May, 2007 has brought me to the 12th year of operations. The general focus of my business has changed 4 years ago as well, I am the USA importer for Duevel Loudspeakers. I retail only the best components which I can find to compliment them.

I've learned some valuable lessons along the way, from customers, manufacturers, and my family to whom I thank God for on a daily basis. This is a fabulous but difficult business to be in, yet I consider myself extremely lucky.

I'll explain myself further, as the question begs... What does this have to do with the philosophy of my store?

I'll tell ya flat out, "KISS..." y'all know what that means :) Keep It Simple Stupid... learned that one a long time ago. Good people make this business simple. I'm speaking of the people behind the products I carry, and to the sound quality and value their products represent, expensive or not. Stick with them and and me and you're golden! Yes, it is actually that simple. I keep my product lines small intentionally so I have the ability to recommend a specific product for your particular applications requirement. I look for the "best of breed" and make recommendation's accordingly. Feel free to disagree but I can/will only sell you what sounds best to me. Not all brands I have access to are listed here. Honestly, 90% of people who visit my shop in person hear the best sound they have ever heard, in any budget, make a purchase or (at the least) just hang out and have a beer...

An extremely nice article was written about me by Jeff Fritz of Soundstage Magazine. The importance of customer service and customer relations can not be exaggerated!

Please read the following article written by Art Dudley from Listener magazine, found on Steve "Rockin" Rochlin's fabulous and entertaining EnjoyTheMusic website.

I try very hard to make my customers as happy as possible. Thank you for taking the time to read this bit and if you have followed some of the links, well you just learned that much more about me and my take on this fragile industry!

Many thanks;

I look at audio gear as relationships that begin and end, much like dating.
The initial rush of a new romance can be absolutely thrilling. Over
time however, little things about ones partner start to become annoying.
You know what I'm talking about... like... the constant breathing and such (just kidding ;)
After a while most of us feel the need to settle down with someone who offers
the best of all worlds, not just a superstar in one or two areas. When YOU are
ready to settle down with a music playback system, not jump from component to component,
that is when you should call on me.
I will get to know who you are and make recommendations
from my product catalogue which will make you very happy for years to come!

I'm just not satisfied to be a box mover!
